Working with Votee.ai, the Inference AI redemption process, working with AICOO, and a vibe-coding tool demo, then ideation. Topics: Idea → MVP workflow · AI coding tools · Demo expectations · Rapid prototyping tips.

Build Sprint #1
Teams begin building. Optional parallel workshops can run for sponsors, founders, or tool providers who want to showcase their products.

Pitching & Storytelling Workshop
Especially valuable for first-time builders who need help presenting their ideas effectively — includes a Hanley + HolyCrab.ai video generation tutorial. Topics: crafting a compelling story · turning a project into a vision · public speaking fundamentals · demo day tips · communicating impact and value clearly.

Two Rounds to the Stage.
Every team submits, and the strongest advance to the stage. Judging runs in two rounds — a short async pitch, then live finals for the top teams in each track.
1-minute pitch
Every team submits a 1-minute pitch of their project. Round-1 judges score across all three tracks.
5 minutes on stage
The top 3 teams from each track are selected to present live on stage for 5 minutes to the head-judge panel.
